WHEN IS FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED?

HOW DO I GET THE KEYS TO THE CARAVAN?

Full payment is required at least 6 weeks before the start of your booking.
You are welcome to pay off your booking by instalments with 0% interest up until full payment is due.

Check in is at 4pm, However you are welcome to check in as soon as the cleaner is finished cleaning, please feel free to pop round and check if you arrive early.

Check out is at 10am- 12pm check out is available for an additional £20

Unless we have arranged otherwise, key collection will be at the caravan in a coded key safe, you will be given the code VIA text the day before your arrival as the codes are changed frequently.

This means there is no waiting in line at check in, just head right to your caravan and enjoy your stay.
